Shipping

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends and shipments may take longer during holidays.


Returns/Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. However, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns Process:

  1. Contact us by email at sales@petersonchiropractictulsa.com and include your name, order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond and issue a return authorization (RA) number, if approved.
  3. Mail your product to: 6808 S Memorial Dr, Suite 100, Tulsa, OK, 74133, United States.

Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for return shipments that aren’t delivered to our location.

Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund to the credit card that was used to make the purchase, minus the shipping costs, and you’ll receive an email confirmation of the refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the transaction to post.
