Do your products contain THC?

Some products do contain small amounts of THC. However, they are all within the legal limit of 0.3% or less, as defined in the 2018 Farm Bill. To verify, you can view lab results for each product in their description by clicking “view certificate of analysis.”

Can they get me high?

No. CBD may help you feel relaxed or less anxious, but it doesn't have the same psychoactive properties to create a high or state of euphoria like marijuana or THC.

Will they cause a failed drug test?

Although the risk is low, there is always a chance that a cannabis-based product can trigger a positive drug test depending on the amount/duration taken, your biochemistry, and the type of test being administered. We strongly suggest talking with your employer or healthcare provider if this is a concern.

I am the owner/creator of a CBD brand. Will you sell my products on your website?

We carefully research and vet each brand we carry to ensure top-of-the-line quality. If you feel that you have a premium product, please send any relevant information and lab results to info@mycbdsolution.com. In some situations, we may also require samples.


How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for all orders with no minimum purchase requirements. Orders are generally sent via USPS or UPS. If one of those carriers doesn't deliver to your address, please contact us and let us know before we ship.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship everywhere in the US, as well as Canada and the UK.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information upon shipment. Please note that it often takes the carrier 24-48 hours to update the tracking information within their system. If, for some reason, the status hasn’t been updated after a couple of days, please contact us.

Tracking says order was delivered but it isn't here. What now?

Most customers find their package within 24 hours. Please check with your neighbors or anyone in your household who may have received it on your behalf. If you don't find it after 24 hours, you can contact us for more help.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In general, orders are usually received 3-7 days after placing them. We ask that all our customers allow at least 1-2 business days for order processing and fulfillment, and another 2-5 days for delivery via UPS or USPS (transit times vary).

What payment methods do you offer?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also offer Sezzle, a service that allows you to pay in installments with 0% interest, and Apple Pay.

What is your return policy?
