Products

Do your products contain THC?

Some products may contain trace amounts of THC but they are all within the legal limit of 0.3% or less. You can view lab results for each product in their description by clicking “View certificate of analysis”.

Will they cause a failed drug test?

As with any cannabis-based product, there is always a chance of triggering a positive drug test depending on the amount/duration taken, the individual metabolism, and the type/sensitivity of the test. Users are encouraged to talk with their employer or healthcare provider if this is a concern

I am the owner/creator of a CBD brand. Will you sell my products on mycbdsolution.com?

We carefully research and vet each brand we carry to ensure top-of-the-line quality. If you feel that you have a premium product, please send any relevant information and lab results to info@mycbdsolution.com. In some situations, we may also require samples.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for all orders within the United States. International shipping is a flat rate of $9.99.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship everywhere in the US, as well as Canada and the UK.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information upon shipment. Please note that it often takes the carrier 24-48 hours to update the tracking information within their system. If for some reason the status hasn’t updated after a couple of days, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We try our best to get all orders sent out within 1-3 days and usually orders are received 3-7 days after placing them.

What payment methods do you offer?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also offer Sezzle, a service that allows you to pay in installments with 0% interest.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. For more information, view our full return policy.
