There is no CBD in this product. It is basically Lidocaine cream. Hemp extract is listed among the inactive ingredients along with some other stuff.
My thumbs hurt so much that I could barely do things like opening jars, bottles, pulling weeds... anything that required gripping. Used this product and got full use of my hands back. Forgot to reorder and now my hands are hurting again. Duh! Just ordered a big tub of it!
