Been using this for a few years, though just purchased my 1st jar directly. It is a wonder cream... takes my spinal pain away or any other pain and it doesn't take a boat load of it either. Works when other pain creams do not. It allows me to move and function with the compression fractures I have to deal with everyday. Worth every penny and it lasts for hours.

I had a very severe case of shingles before there was a vaccine and unfortunately I ended up with a fair amount of residual pain.
