I have been using this ointment since April of 2021. I have a bad neck and upper back (years of running). My MD doctor recommended it to me when I was in for a visit. My pain at that time was an 8.5. It has made a tremendous change in my life as I'm not in constant pain any longer. Most times I apply morning and evening unless I get smug thinking my back won't ache that day. Don't skip a day. It worked amazingly well for myself and I have suffered with fibromylagia for long time.
